Elizabeth Ritter Featured at the Buffalo Nickel Gallery in Cimarron
Ritter has gone on to market her own sculptures, and has
collectors all over the country. She is currently giving one-on-one
lessons at the Buffalo Nickel Gallery. Students who are interested
should sign up early, as classes are limited in size to allow maximum
instruction time.
Ritter said she is excited about the local enthusiasm being shown
by the art community. She said she is amazed at the art sales this year,
with the price of gas so high.
"Fewer tourists are visiting, but we have local individuals investing
in regional artists." Ritter said. "Art is growing in Cimarron—people
who have not bought original art before are buying art from our local artists."
Ritter was featured in an article in the Spring 2006 issue of
Equine Vision Magazine-Horses in Art.
